Here are the reasons why this is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations near my house. First off getting in and out of the parking lot is always a mission. It’s congested and the way they put the drive-through right in front of an entry from the street makes no sense. Customer service is really lacking. You will stand there and no one will acknowledge you, definitely do not want to be bothered. Everyone seems stressed and unhappy to be working there. Workers were extremely rude. I was told they opened at 9am I was in drive through line at 8:58 and told me I would have to turn back around. It was absolutely pointless. The workers had a horrible attitude towards me .

I just ordered my drinks at this establishment. For the first time, the moment they handed them to me, they looked off—and I wasn't mistaken; when I tasted them, they were absolutely terrible. They tasted like pure water—nothing like their original flavor. I always order the same coffee, and this is the first time this has ever happened to me. I am totally disappointed and annoyed!
