The parking lot is rather small especially for DRIVE THRU
The employees here have no compassion for someone coming out of the 93° heat just asking for a cup of Ice. They do not deserve your tips, they do not deserve your business, and quite frankly, they do not deserve their jobs. I was a customer there way before they even filled out a job application. 5/5 Stars - Exceptional Service! I’ve been to many Starbucks locations all over LA, but this specific Northridge location gives the best service by far, all thanks to **Christine**! She is always so energetic, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile. I’ve been to this location about five times now, and she completely changes my day for the better every single time. Here are the reasons why this is one of my least favorite Starbucks locations near my house. First off getting in and out of the parking lot is always a mission. It’s congested and the way they put the drive-through right in front of an entry from the street makes no sense. Customer service is really lacking. You will stand there and no one will acknowledge you, definitely do not want to be bothered. Everyone seems stressed and unhappy to be working there.
