Appreciate the fast in store pickup on my way to work. Makes my mornings so much better.
Last night (3MAR2026) I probably encountered one of the rudest little girls I could encounter at the drive-through window. As I pulled up to pay for and receive my order, she asks “is there something I can do for you?” not in a polite way, but in a condescending snooty way. I told her I was here to pay for my order, she looks down at her screen and huffs and walks away. This is unacceptable drive-through service. If you don’t like dealing with the public, go work in a warehouse.
I just ordered a pink drink TRENTON SIZE I ORDERED THE PINK DRINK WITH STRAWBERRY COLD FOAM TWO MANGO DRAGON FRUITS AND IT HAD IT DELIVERED THROUGH DOORDASH. THEY DREW A CAT ON THE SIDE OF IT WHICH MADE MY DAY. THANK YOU STARBUCKS WORKERS. IT MADE MY DAY BECAUSE I OWN A CAT AND PLUS IT’S CUTE AND ADORABLE
Terrible parking lot layout. Went inside to order a coffee and the lady just stared at me. Can I get a coffee please. You have to wait. This time I tried the mobile app and placed my order 20 minutes ago. Arrive and still not ready. Absolutely terrible service and waste of my time. My own fault for giving this place a second chance and it will be my last. Why do I keep coming back to this place. Ordered my coffee 15 minutes ago and still not ready when I arrived. Shows slower than usual but this staff is so slow!!!
Came for a drip coffee and they said their coffee machine was broken. I worked in coffee shops for years and that's simply inexcusable. You should always have a back up brewer on site, and an on call relationship with repair service.
