It seems like I always have some sort of issue with this Starbucks location. The drinks themselves are generally fine, but the service is bad. My mother and I went through the drive through like usual. One of us orders a 'French vanilla Frappuccino." We even explained that it's just a coffee based Frappuccino with vanilla, hazelnut, and whipped cream. The girl rings up a vanilla bean, so we tell her that's wrong. Perhaps the longest wait ever experienced at a drive-through for any kind of order. Once at the window, the associates were like ‘oh well we had a lot of mobile orders.’ Sorry not sorry.
