Super nice employees 💯
During a recent visit, my mother and I encountered a deeply troubling experience that warrants serious reflection by the establishment’s management. From the outset, the service was subpar, but what followed was far more concerning: the barista on duty was not only dismissive and impolite, but exhibited behavior that could only be described as discriminatory toward my mother, who uses a wheelchair.
