I don't know if this is this specific Starbucks or all Starbucks do this with their app. But I was just told that if you do more than one item in your order on a mobile app order.. your items will not be made at the exact same time, meaning they won't be as fresh as each other.. one item is made and then a walk-in customer item will get priority over the rest of your ticket making the rest of your items either cold or melted.
I went into this starbucks and was helped by felipe, very nice, chill vibes. Ask for his help, he is very cool :)
