The first thing I smell when entering this Starbucks is cigarette smoke, YUCK, not a pleasant experience for any customers. The wait times for walk-in orders can take some time if there are a lot of customers in the drive-through. The coffee offered is enjoyable and I like that they offer non-caffeinated drinks. I always ask for no or light ice as they give a lot of ice in their drinks and it waters down the coffee. Edit: I give this a better score of 4 stars because I enjoy the customer service of the baristas.
I was there at 5:45am. The dining room is closed. They want you to buy their coffee, (or diabetes drink) from the drive-through. Drink it wherever you want, just not there. This is just LAZY! But, they want a tip!
