Service sucks here bigtime .
It’s unfortunate that franchisees spend so much energy trying to keep the undesirables out of their store by saying “ only for customers you can make a purchase and we can help you.” I spend my money here ALL THE TIME I AM A CUSTOMER. This is the second time I’ve experienced this at a Starbucks store I frequent. Starbucks is known for the FREE WATER. But today I needed a restroom Its only for customers. Taking 5 minutes, a delicious coffee late and a coffee cake… The barista is great, looks like she is by herself but with a big smile, providing a great service… I feel greatly appreciated, thank you everything tastes better with love and great service, thank you
