HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE The Fact that this Starbucks downs take cash or the app for payment is beyond me. The Manager Brenda should definitely step it up. Little 8x10 paper signs don’t do any justice. Maybe taking this Starbucks off google maps. Not to mention you might have to pay for parking
If I can give this place 0 stars I would. Worst service ever. My drink taste water down and when I notify one of the staff members I believe her name was Brenda she was extremely rude and belittled me.
Works when needed but definitely more ice than drink and not worth the price. Its higher than nearby starbucks. The app also doesnt give an option to ask for light ice. But on the plus side its always fast service and friendly workers.
They have a rude staff and in my receipt the name of that person is Vanessa, she is freaking rude. I told her I will order 6 holiday drinks (that i will give to Doctor’s office). I said Caramel Brulee 1st and I said and the 2nd one is ….. she said you said 6 drinks Caramel Brulee with attitude, she assumed that the 6 drinks is caramel brulee.
