I guess they need to pay attention to what you ordering. Ordered Iced americano, got hot. Asked 4 pumps vanilla syrup, got nothing

Is 7:45 pm in nobody is there I was walking around but close ,the girl arrive only to take her stuff ,the “closing time show 9:00pm” I ask the Ralph’s associate he told me I don’t know, so sad is the first time I get to Starbucks in the time is no accurate,today day is Friday .5/30/2025
Don’t even bother ordering here, just walk the extra 30 seconds down the side to the actual Starbucks shop around the corner. They made me an atrocious White Chocolate Mocha and didn’t even let me use my Stars for my purchase. WACK! 😡
They lock the restrooms after 5 PM so if you’re planning to go there to get coffee and you had to use the restroom, you have to walk all the way to panda express to use the restroom
