Terrible employees who do nothing to help someone who needs it. This tracks with other reviews of this location. Trying to charge for a cup of water? Are you serious? I know your ghoulish capitalist overlords want to wring every cent out of every single one of us but there’s a limit to this madness. If it’s truly “policy” then it’s a horrendous policy that needs to change. I won’t be back.
these people are idiots they overcharged me for vanilla frapp w coffee I went starbucks in Vermont they charged right price I called starbucks offices they said it shouldn’t be more then today manager didn’t care tried overcharge me again and also they didn’t have large straws pathetic unprofessional rude slow no caring store will not go back the worst
I used to spend at least $80/week at this location when I lived close by in the West Hollywood area. I went today to ask for a cup of water and was denied because I didn't order anything. There were dozens of people who did make a purchase and didn't ask for extra water yet someone in distress wasn't able to get a cup of water without ordering anything!! Way to go!! YOU'RE DISGUSTING!!! Your service is DISGUSTING!!!
