Bad reception at good customer, security feedback. The security guy is a "newbie" with a cocky, arrogant attitude, rude to vets, and bad example for security staff at Allied. It's be good to replace him in his role or retrain him. The lady was ok, but later on, not wanting to accept giving good, helpful, customer service advice to the security guy.
