This is our local Starbucks we’ve frequented it for years and always have had a great experience. However there is a new employee who means well, she is very nice but unfortunately is having the hardest time learning how to do the job. For the life of her she can’t seem to get an order right not just ours, but everybody’s. it’s almost comical or it would be if it wasn’t so frustrating.
