Where do I start? I’ve been a customer here for YEARS and since I’m a nurse and work in the area you know I order from this Starbucks at least 4-5 times a week. One day, weeks ago, I really had to use the restroom and got a whole lecture from a girl working the pickup counter when I asked for the restroom code. She went on and on about the restroom being for customers only and it was embarrassing! The staff is super friendly.
I stop by here several times a week, and the baristas are always incredibly kind and welcoming. They do an amazing job creating a warm, inviting atmosphere, and I truly enjoy chatting with them. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers — every single one of them is wonderful.
Today I did a mistake on the app (ordered at different store) I was waiting for my order.. when someone named Kat from the store asked me what I was waiting for, I told her that I ordered, she looks at my order and told me I did order at different store but she will redo it for me again at here. I was so happy she solve right away my problem. Otherwise I had to go back and waste time Thank u
Chill spot for a busy part of town. I didn't order food, that's why I left food blank.
