There is an unfortunate person named Alliance Fork who made your day and his service wonderful, nice and fun and we are a group who loved the cafe because of him despite the large number of cafes we have. Thank you, Alliance, you are a great man
Great vibe and service, chill music, clean. Elliott is the best! He raises the bar in service and welcomes everybody with enthusiasm.
The staff is always very friendly and welcoming. I always enjoy coming here to pick up my orders.
I've been here a few times and if customer service is important to you, I'd steer clear. The drinks are poorly made and they are sooo rude. One day I walked in and tried to purchase cake pops, I asked to use the bathroom and the young lady told me it was closed. I asked why like maybe it was being cleaned or something similar and the other gentleman that works there yelled "what do you mean why?!", aggressive and rude. That was my last straw. This Starbucks needs to be shut down. Consistently rude, consistently crappy.
Horrible staff refused us service. Please do not tip.
