Need's better customer service.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks. The service was slow and disorganized, and unfortunately Kylie was the most unhelpful part of the visit. She seemed uninterested in assisting customers and didn’t offer any solutions when there was an issue with my order. Overall, the lack of customer service made what should’ve been a quick stop frustrating. I hope management takes steps to improve the experience.
