Over the weekend I walked in 10 minutes before 10 to order my norm(Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frap & Jalapeno pocket) No one greeted me or even acknowledge me standing at the counter. For more than 5 minutes. There was no one ahead of me so didn't think it would even be a wait time. I order & sat down. 10 minutes went by & I noticed 3 more people walked in.
