Erick, the partner I guess , was shockingly rude and dismissive. I greeted him politely, and he ignored me completely and walked away without even the most basic acknowledgment. That kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. Soy una persona que consume café de Starbucks casi a diario, soy chofer de Metro de la ciudad de Los Ángeles y me es muy triste que se me negara el baño. Ya que hicieron una nueva póliza y ahora tienes que consumir cada vez que quieras entrar al baño. Hay veces que solo tenemos 5 minutos para poder hacer nuestras necesidades. Muy mal este lugar o tal vez este negocio en esta locación? ! :/
Ese lugar es terrible uno va comprar una empleada que está ahí no se su nombre de pelo rojo corto habla de los clientes lo voltean aver a uno muy mal servicio
I might officially be into Starbucks again! I previously went to a Starbucks in DTLA (now closed) almost 4x a week, and great a lunch item, a drink, and a matcha. It was great for the first two years, and then in year 3 something changed - the service was terrible, the wait was ridiculous (almost 20 mins) and the product…. Let’s just say the bottom of your drink was dark green / powder not blended and then offered to charge me to double blend so my drink was mixed properly lol.
