I usually never had an issue with the main store in Union, but recently the new staffs on hand shouldnt be left to handle rush hour orders if they cant fullfill them in time, especially order ahead mobile orders and having to wait longer than reccomanded and almost missing my train in the process Despite the larger size and more staff, the smaller pick up store at the back of the station are far better and quicker with your order than the ones in the main store
This Starbucks gets a rare 5-star the staff could not have been better. The pastry was fresh and the coffee tasted good. There's no dining inside the Starbucks but there are plenty of tables out and around Union station.
