I have been coming to this train station since 1990. This Starbucks location USED TO do refills for rewards members and USED TO have electrical outlets for people to charge their devices. Not anymore: they no longer do refills or have anyplace to charge: not even hot water to make another cup of tea from a PURCHASED tea bag. Not even a single chair or bench to sit in. This is what happens when corporations prioritize profits over customer service.
I stopped by this station while waiting for my train and had a pretty frustrating experience. I only needed some hot water and was told water is “free,” but only if you make a purchase. I even offered to pay for the water itself, but they refused. It felt unnecessary to be pushed into buying something I didn’t want just to get something as basic as hot water. Policies like this really take away from the customer experience. Disappointing.
Food was good until I found short hair in my drink🤔
