Most upbeat and communicative Starbucks I’ve ever seen. Morning rush, good energy. Lots of orders and getting done efficiently. Kudos
Some of the stuff of their menu isn’t listed and the woman-Ariel- at the cashier was VERY rude. She was snappy and impolite. I understand that people can have bad days but she was being straight-up obnoxious. It wasn’t just with me but with everyone. I’ve never received such horrible service.
I rarely write negative reviews but this one definitely deserves one. First of all, service was ok/decent. There aren’t many options for coffee/food around this terminal so staff was very busy during the Wednesday morning around 8am. But wow, when I got my small cappuccino at first I thought they had made it with the wrong milk because it tasted so bad.
