One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Employee was extremely rude and sarcastic (I hate to use racist word) employee (lady) who worked there was Asian and yet racist against other Asian women. Very disappointing
Really bad customer service. Refused to refund me for an incomplete mobile order and told me to contact customer service through the app.
I ordered a sandwich at the wrong location but the manager was nice enough to get me another one, despite being very busy.
