This is just feedback for staff, specifically Jesus and Gregg, as I was waiting for a few minutes at an empty counter. Jesus arrived first and didn’t acknowledge me before they started working on a carrier order. I stood there looking at them take painstakingly long to assemble the traveler carrier and then they said “I’ll be with you shortly” when you have 1 customer and are working on a large order, do not make that customer wait until you’re done with that order.
