This is the second time I’ve come to this Starbucks location, and people have already complained about this barista lady. Curly hair). She is the worst team member I have ever seen. I operate many restaurants, and I’ve never experienced this kind of unhappy attitude from an employee. I said “hi” — no answer. I said “thank you” — no answer. And this is the second time this has happened. Customer service and basic kindness really matter. I am gonna go one more time just to check starbuck care about the reviews or not:)
The rudest service I’ve ever received in the US. Beside the thing that they made the worst strawberry matcha, they are also so impolite!! First they got my size wrong, and second the taste was awful, not at all what it was supposed to be, it was a drink composed of water, mild and strawberry flavor and third when I wanted a refund the lady was almost kicking me out of there “ok than if you don’t want a replacement you can leave” Guys, trust me, you re better off these drinks, it’s not worth it, your time or money or nerves.
