Mal service horrible
The lady wotking on 1:50 January 18th ,2026 is rude,she has no manners, she is arrogant, she doesn't say hello.
The baristas were rude and unhelpful. They refused to scan the QR code from the Starbucks app, saying "we don't scan those here." They made terrible coffee and matcha. It was just milk. The oat milk was curdled, and there were many clumps of spoiled milk floating in the cup. I went back and asked them to make the coffee using a different carton of milk – they used the same one and were rude again. I will never return to this Starbucks.
The extra large lady has terrible attitude amd slow and not paying attention to customer. She spilled and ruined 2 cups of coffees. Last time I asked a bag and she said we are short , and she didn't give it to me .
