I used to really like Starbucks cause I could chill, charge my phone, and just relax. Now, you can't charge anything as the plugs are covered up, and you can't even get a cup of ice water anymore unless you buy something. I even brought my own Starbucks cup, and asked for just a half a cup of ice and they said no. Also, no restroom unless you buy something. I witnessed how rude was the young man who was at the register with another customer and also he never took my order correctly and tried to blame me for his mistake, he never took responsibility for his lack of professionalism, another employee, a young lady, helped me and got my order right. This very unfortunate situation took place today 07/26/2025. Between 6:00 pm - 6:15 pm.
This workers are so so so slow they ask there other hand for help .. is been more then 30 min waiting on my drinking there 2 workers doing everything n the other 3 are just there doing nothing … this place need team work to get all the drinking faster even the line is long
