Honestly, the rudest store I’ve ever been to. I’ve been about 6 times and each time they’re rude and mess up my order. The one on Victory is great! It’s a further drive but I will never return to this location.

I work at Dordash and today at 11 am I went to pick up a customer from Starbucks Ventura, 18025. A very rude girl with a frown came up to me like a manager and said you have no right to shake hands. I said I just looked at her name. She came back and said very insultingly that you have no right to come to my Starbucks. I took the customer's order and took it to the customer. Please take care of the owners of this Starbucks. My home is in Tarzana. I usually go to this Starbucks with my wife and friends. Thank you.
