I got cold brew instead of iced americano. I assume they didn’t wanna use espresso machine at that time. I double checked if this is americano. He said yes but I saw him pouring cold brew.
One lady was very rude and looked like she doesn't want to work

I ordered my drink online and while I am waiting, I asked the attendant the code to the bathroom. He asked me point blank if I was going to make a purchase. I found that very offensive, while between the two of us he is the one looking like a homeless. And there is a real homeless guy camping on their couches every hour of every day of the week. If that is your concern, start with cleaning up the couches outside your store.
I have decided to put a one star at this Starbucks because this is the third or fourth time they close the shop an hour and a half before closing time. This is really frustrating because I like the service at this Starbucks and its the closest in walking distance PLUS I like to dine in. I always check if the shop is open online and the past times I've gone, the shop is fully closed. Honestly, this ruins my day and it really shouldn’t happen.
