My nearest Starbuck does not have Wi-Fi with internet access. The partner assured me that it has always been like that. Which explains why the atmosphere felt as if you are wanted to get in and get out by the partners of the company.

Can't follow a simple request. I requested light ice and my cup was completely filled with ice. You guys get paid decent hourly money and the customers pay a lot for Starbucks. So your incompetence on following a simple request cost a bad review
