Daiosy she was rude and can’t take an order
Disappointed with the service I received at this Starbucks location today. After waiting for a while I was informed that decaf coffee was unavailable, I requested a refund for that one drink (had 4 drinks in total). The employee, ERICA, was not only dismissive and rude from the moment I began my order but also unable to process the return correctly. The bar is nice it’s up on the roof. They are a full bar but they are not the most stock bar. There was a lot of different drinks or brands that they don’t Carry. The drinks are a little on the pricey side.
Bad service ever!!! No care no looking at customer who walk-in then ask for order the worker look at me like i m annoying her. I paid for Starbucks almost 200$ a month and understand the some area are not good service but coffee is standard the same. Dont forget there are so many brand of coffee for you to complete and I am not going to be your customer again if I keep getting this kind of attitude.
