Jazmin is so unprofessional and not very kind.
Had a frustrating experience today. I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, Jazmin told me to wait in the drive-thru line. After waiting, I got to the window and was then told to either go around again or go inside. When I went inside, my drink was already ready the whole time. This was really inconvenient and felt like a waste of time. Better communication and organization would definitely improve the experience.
Jazlynn was so polite and great customer service . I will be going back :))
Jahaira (hope I wrote it right) was fantastic! Very kind and corteous. And the mozzarella, tomato & basil sandwich, along with a caramel machiatto frappuccino were simply deliiiicious!!!
