Extremely slow. Took 15 min to make one latte. Either order 20 min in advance or go somewhere else.
I ordered online and waited over 20 minutes and never got my order. I even brought it to their attention and they still didn't make it. I'll definitely would not recommend this store!
I like this Starbucks. Customer service a1 to me the ladies and gentlemen always smiling when I come in and others. My frappe be so good.
The manager and staff were quite rude in refusing restroom service while they were having a comfy staff meeting. For a coffee shop this has to be the most egregious example of entitlement I have ever encountered and such a stupid move on behalf of the manager. Corporate, handle your business.
