The staff is friendly, the foods and drinks are good and the atmosphere is great.
I recently visited your store and noticed the entrance only had a sign saying "Mobile Orders." I watched an elderly woman stand in line waiting to order, and only after waiting was she told that she had to order through the Starbucks app. It was heartbreaking because not everyone has a smartphone or knows how to use mobile ordering. I respectfully suggest making this process much clearer. Never in my life have I hated a Starbucks location this much. I'm not saying they were being racist, but my experience certainly made me question how customers are treated. I only came to this location because it's the only Starbucks near my office with a proper parking lot. I ordered 12 drinks, and the total came to almost $80. When I asked for a few paper bags, I was told I had to pay 5 cents for each one. I've never had to pay for paper bags at any Starbucks before, even with smaller orders.
