Came in on a Sunday and the interaction at the counter was honestly rude. I said hello and wasn’t acknowledged—instead, the employee immediately told me there were 16 drink orders ahead and that she didn’t know how long it would take. I understand being busy, but that’s not how you speak to customers. The tone was dismissive and unwelcoming from the start.

it’s currently not full at all and this is how they make my order
Its a horrible place , its takes 40 mins for a drink to get ready so if you have time like a whole day planned to just have a coffee then its okay , it’s ridiculous and worst part is its even not busy .
