Pretty quick drive through and good service
My favorite Starbucks in the area
Store at 6833 Van Nuys Blvd was closed for some reason but the sign clearly stated they would be opened at 4:30 a.m. This was also written on a paper at the window. The store was listed as open online. I waited several minutes at the drive up window. At 4:31 a lady came to the window, opened it, and told me they wouldn't be open until 5:00! I protested because it was clearly marked 4:30. She told me in no uncertain terms to forget it. I pleaded with her but she closed the window. Very, very rude. I am NOT happy about this. I love the drive-thru at Starbucks—the coffee quality is still great, and the service is perfect. The only downside is the atmosphere inside; it feels dull. A brighter, more colorful space would make it much better.
