The employees are more interested in personal conversations than to helping and focusing on the customers My drink literally had more ice than coffee
I got here and I ordered my drink and the workers here are screaming random things and just overly loud but I got my drink really fast which was great they also made ma pay for water which is ridiculous
I live 2 blocks away from here so this was the most technically the most convenient branch to go to, but I never do anymore. They always have something wrong in the order. All of my family members have the same independent sentiment. Aside from that, they do greet the customers with wide smile; I'm not sure that's enough to compensate for the bad drinks quality.
