This place is horrible. I come here only because it's near where I live. The staff are super loud they are basically yelling at the cash register and other. The girl just moved chairs at 1 PM on July 3 she was so loud it was amazing. No decorum. No courtesy. Completely oblivious to those of her his customers. They need to be talked about courtesy.
Missing Foam, Missing Shots, Missing Effort!!!!! I am a regular at this Starbucks, and the baristas who PREVIOUSLY worked here were consistently friendly and attentive. They always made drinks correctly, carefully reading labels for specific customizations, and it was clear they genuinely cared about their work. Why are the portions here so small? The iced coffee I got was full of ice almost to the bottom. I ended up taking a sip while the rest of the cup was just ice. I’m paying for coffee not a cup full of ice. Don’t get me started with the chicken jalapeno pocket. Yall a scam.
