It's a Starbucks. The baristas aren't particularly skilled. Orders rarely meet the quality you'd expect and they normally take a while. They are frequently out of menu items and "treats", which I find to be a strange term for coffee accompaniments like biscotti strange. Their menu seems much more limited than other locations. I stop at this Starbucks in Cathedral Commons almost every day for a small black coffee on my way to work, and I usually pay with the Starbucks app. Unfortunately, the service at this location is consistently below expectations. I only keep coming because it’s the closest store to my job. Lately, I’ve been charged different prices for the exact same size coffee, and the price doesn’t match what I pay at other Starbucks locations.
