1 Star I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks today around 5:00 PM. The order monitor showed my name under “Done,” so I went near the pickup counter and glanced at the names on the cups from a distance to see whether my drink was there. I did not ask the female barista any question, touch any cup, or attempt to take another person’s order. Despite that, she spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner and said, “It’s not yours. HQ- PLEASE change the playlist. For those of us who frequent this location (and would quite honestly prefer to patronize a small business, but that’s beside the point) the repetitive tracks are MADDENING. And Cocteau Twins? Really? Listening to C.T. in a starbucks is like, …. I dunno. Just stop.
