Shockingly bad iced latte
The baristas are nice but a bit slow. And something I notice in every Starbucks, why are the cappuccinos so hot?! you need to wait more than 5 minutes before you start drinking.
It's a Starbucks. The baristas aren't particularly skilled. Orders rarely meet the quality you'd expect and they normally take a while. They are frequently out of menu items and "treats", which I find to be a strange term for coffee accompaniments like biscotti strange. Their menu seems much more limited than other locations. There are a few baked goods, a sandwich or two and then a salad or other "lunch" options. They have cake pops but don't sell the Madeleines and chocolate covered espresso beans many stores do.
