This used to be my favorite Starbucks location, just 5 minutes from me. Unfortunately, for the past 3–4 months, the service has gone downhill. Almost every time I order, my drink is made incorrectly. I only ever ask for something simple — an oatmilk latte — yet I often receive it with regular milk. Absolutely Disgusting Hygiene – Never Again Today, I went to this Starbucks in the morning to get an oat milk latte. What I witnessed behind the counter was appalling. The barista first emptied the remaining oat milk from an old container into the mixing jug. When that wasn’t enough, she opened a new oat milk carton. After opening the cap, she tried to pierce the aluminum seal using her long, painted fingernails—with no gloves on. Her bare fingers and nails touched the oat milk inside the carton. The only thing this Starbucks is consistent at is being the worst starbucks. The drinks are never made correctly, the employees really seem to not care about their job and they never have the right lids for the right drinks. I keep coming here because it’s close to my house but after this I’m done. $12 for two drinks and somehow the cold foam is on the bottom? This used to be a good Starbucks about three years ago, but it just keeps getting worse
