Best Starbucks experience ever! Bless the 3 baristas working the morning shift on June 14th! I ordered a matcha latte and knew when I was handed a hot latte that I ordered it wrong-I wanted iced on this 90+ degree day at the zoo! I asked for a cup of ice to dump it into and they refused saying they were going to make me a new one!! The one barista heard iced latte and missed the matcha part. I was in town for Police Week and the openers at this Starbucks are probably the best barista pair I’ve ever seen at SB. By the 2nd morning of coffee runs they had my order ready before I even placed it. Easily greeted me by name too. Physically, the store is kept immaculately clean, with the windows squeegee-d daily. Great work, guys.
