Darrell was INCREDIBLE! I have a very demanding job and I needed to be up early to welcome a client. He welcomed me graciously at a very early hour and was so intuitive. He asked if I was going to use the Starbucks app to pay. I did and somehow he was able to see my preference for a drink that I forgot to order. He initially saw this and asked if I wanted my drink prepared with oat milk! He was incredible! So quick. I know that this level of detail takes a lot of time to get! Way to go!
For some reason they never can mix well matcha in my drink and it is consistent. Always getting green powder on top.
Best Starbucks experience ever! Bless the 3 baristas working the morning shift on June 14th! I ordered a matcha latte and knew when I was handed a hot latte that I ordered it wrong-I wanted iced on this 90+ degree day at the zoo! I asked for a cup of ice to dump it into and they refused saying they were going to make me a new one!! The one barista heard iced latte and missed the matcha part.
