I asked for a hot latte at this Starbucks three times but never actually got my coffee. It felt like they were mocking or laughing at me—one time they gave me a cup of ice, and the second time they just poured coffee from a dispenser. Kamiyah was the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with in customer service. It took 30 minutes to complete my pickup order I placed 15 minutes ahead of time. This Starbucks is not very good on time I feel like every time I come I wait at least 15 minutes minimum and it’s not because it’s busy , it’s the baristas standing around gossiping the entire time about other customers.
