Kamiyah was the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with in customer service. It took 30 minutes to complete my pickup order I placed 15 minutes ahead of time. This Starbucks is not very good on time I feel like every time I come I wait at least 15 minutes minimum and it’s not because it’s busy , it’s the baristas standing around gossiping the entire time about other customers. I’ve been reading in the news how Starbucks has fallen from grace but I didn’t quite get it until I ordered two cappuccinos last week. The people working here are friendly-ish (lets be real, they’d rather be doing something else, I would) but when there’s five people working I shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for my order especially when there’s only a few people that ordered ahead of me.
