It is a nice new Starbucks with probably the worst Customer service I have ever had at any Starbucks in my life.
When did at 9:00 a.m. not busy. Set up the counter for 3 minutes while not one of the seven employees behind the counter acknowledged me or took my order. I laughed and walked to a different Starbucks.
I bought four gift cards here as a gift for our son's daycare teachers, but when I got home I'd managed to lose one of them. Em was incredibly helpful--she went through her system to find my order (I didn't have a receipt!) and was able to transfer the money from my lost gift card to a new card. She and the other workers were so kind and helpful, and I really appreciate it!
