Always out of the blond roast Edit: It's been a few years since I've been to Starbucks. Apparently they have machines that will make coffee on the spot now instead of their old brewing jugs. The blond roast is terrible now. It's acidic, a lot more bitter. My theory is that the old system was easier to clean than these new machines.

Sorry, but this is easily one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I’ve come here 4 times in all those instances, I’ve waited more than 5 minutes for a simple order. The people are nice, but when I have to wait more than 5 minutes for 2 Tall Mocha Frappes, that’s when I have to start asking questions. Not to mention every time I order a Mocha Frappe they always come out differently. Sometimes it’s too caffeinated, sometimes it’s too sweet, and sometimes it’s perfect.
