Coffee was all right. I used reusable cup and used it for refill, barista was super snooty. Said they couldn’t use my cup because it had been used. Well yeah- you just made me a drink and I drank it! You know- I was fine- I went to RR and cleaned it up. No issues after that.
Staff is slow and doesn't acknowledge customers waiting
I would give a 0 i waited 10 minutes and we were not served at all not even asked or requested to wait. There was no line up
