I asked for extra hot water to add to my tea cup. A girl jumped up to say they dont give hot water out. The gentleman assisted me. It was a bad experience that was not necessary and self inflicted after giving a tip.

It's the worst service ever!!
No outlets. Big bummer. Vibe is fine just one homeless guy outside. Music was wayyy too loud to focus.
