Normally, I have a perfectly fine experience at this location. I’ve been here more than 50 times before. But just today the strangest thing happened. My hot drink did not come with a cup holder (cardboard sleeve); as this location never includes one automatically so I have to go get one myself. So I go up to the cash register where the cup holders are located and I patiently waited for the customer in line to be done ordering, before I reached and grabbed my own cardboard sleeve/cupholder.
