The worst experience possible, after 3 bad experiences. My mother has shopped here since before the store shut down & re-opened. This time the lead team member of the starbucks, borderline harrassed my mother for simply not knowing their protocol. I understand having policies and if people bend rules it messed up the flow- but to talk down to, give ugly looks to, and continue to complain to the customer as if it is the customers fault that her employees she manages "break the rules" as she said. There is always so many people in the shopping center so I always have to park by the Ralph’s and then walk over to the Starbucks. There is a large covered area for people to sit under where there’s about 15 small tables that you can sit at.

So, I recently popped into this Starbucks and let me tell you, it was a real treat. The place was bustling with people, and the smell of fresh coffee was like a siren call to my nostrils. I felt like I was in a sanctuary for caffeine addicts, and I was ready to take my place at the altar. The staff were like superheroes, but instead of capes, they wore green aprons.
