I bought four local cups on my way by yesterday when it suddenly rained. Shouldn't I put them in a bag? I asked for an envelope because they were still, and they told me to bring it in person. lol I think it's the unkindest Starbucks in the world
Every single time we come here, it takes upwards of 15-20 minutes through the drive through for our 2 small drinks, which are never fancy or blended. We order, and pull up to the window and it takes 5 minutes for them to even start the drinks, after already waiting in line. I’ve almost been late to work because of the wait, and it’s absolutely insane. The last time we went they made the drink wrong 3 times, and I even offered to take the mess up it took so long. Ordered a Caramel macchiato was very weak. Also a flat white, flavor was awful, don't how to describe it. Ended up throwing both of the away. It was a to go order. Hard to have it remade when your miles away.
