Supervisor E uses her position to actively target and mistreat regular students. This is now the second time she has been incredibly hostile and rude to me. Last time, she gave me an unnecessary hard time about my order, and today when she saw my name on the ticket, she visibly sighed, took it from the baristas, and intentionally left out the extra ingredients I paid for. The lady who took care of my order was terrible. I asked for 2 glasses of water and she looked at me awful with dirty face as if we are annoying to ask for what we need and when ask for her name, manager said it's up to her if she want give her name with attitude as well.if that's how customers are treated, this girl need to find job somewhere else.also she gave false name .she said her name is Claudia but I know it something else. Also language barrier is factor.

Wrong hours, I approached to the counter to order at 4:50pm and one of the employees without hesitation said they were closed (they’re supposed to close at 6:00pm)

Bad attitude on some of those employees. Charged me incorrectly for my drink. Proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay more for it after charging it as the wrong drink in the first place. Got charged more than a dollar more than I should’ve. They proceeded to give me a hard time for misinterpreting my order. She wanted to tell me she wouldn’t give me the drink until she realized I was paying far more for it than I should’ve then she finally offered to remake it ‘for free’. Terrible service.
