On April 25 2026 I ordered a Dubai chocolate mocha. The employee made it wrong. I think I should of got a refund. I told the manager about it but he didn’t offer me a refund. I do not want to go to this Starbucks again.
This place sucks. Always get orders wrong drinks nasty
I waited 40 minutes to get a refresher
made the drink twice and it was wrong both times :(
When I was looking for salt Joel noticed my confusion and came over to do his best to get me some, although there ended up being none, he did his part and was good customer service for someone my age.
