Bad attitude on some of those employees. Charged me incorrectly for my drink. Proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay more for it after charging it as the wrong drink in the first place. Got charged more than a dollar more than I should’ve. They proceeded to give me a hard time for misinterpreting my order. She wanted to tell me she wouldn’t give me the drink until she realized I was paying far more for it than I should’ve then she finally offered to remake it ‘for free’. Terrible service.
On April 25 2026 I ordered a Dubai chocolate mocha. The employee made it wrong. I think I should of got a refund. I told the manager about it but he didn’t offer me a refund. I do not want to go to this Starbucks again.
This place sucks. Always get orders wrong drinks nasty
