Ordered a kids temp latte. I was pleasantly surprised that it was one of the first times ever in an airport it was actually kids temp. Coffee was great too.
Waited in line to order and scan/pay via app. Was told there machine does not work to scan the app, after waiting in line for 20 min. :( They still accepted mobile order via app though, which added another 12 min wait time. Overall, not a pleasant experience.
Someone steal my coffee and I asked a staff to make it again. But it took so long time. I had to wait more than 15min. That sucks.
I encountered one of the rudest ladies I have ever seen before here at the LAX terminal 3 Starbucks around 4:00PM August 28. I recently learned at a different Starbucks about their new policy that you cannot get a free water without purchasing something, so today I bought a fall drink & then asked for two large ice waters. My hubby and I just got off a 5 hour flight, we’re both thirsty, I’m pregnant. Well I didn’t get two large ice waters.
