I order Light cream but I get heavy cream. Not sure why that's so difficult
30 minute wait for a coffee. There was only 3 cars ahead of me.
This Starbucks has gone downhill since Starbucks switched mindsets and decide to serve people inside before drive thru or mobile orders. Now, it takes 15 min to make 1 drink if I order drive thru or mobile order ahead. NOT A SMART MOVE, STARBUCKS! I don't even go now because of this and I used to go 3-4 times a week. If the powers that be were wise, they would put drive thru and mobile orders back as priorities. People are picking up because they're in a hurry, if you make them late, they get upset. Super slow service and it was not busy at all 2 people in front of us and 5 cars in the drive through. We waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees lost 30 min of drive time. Work faster or get more staff it shouldn’t take more than 7 minutes.
