I had a connecting flight today and was excited to see a Starbucks in terminal A. I stopped in and wondered if they were closed, because I walked up to the register where a young lady was standing as she was scrolling on her phone and failed to address I was even there. She looked up a few times, but went right back to her phone until I had to ask if they were open.
