I never received my order bc they were to busy talking crap about having to add brown sugar cold foam to my order. My flight was boarding and i kept asking is that for Toni don’t worry about it. Mind you i ordered my drink 20 before. No sense of urgency for everyone’s order.
Today I visited the Starbucks near Gate 16 at DFW Airport (Terminal A), and unfortunately I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. The employee working the register, Alex, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I had a very disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Dallas Airport. I placed my order and waited nearly 20 minutes without receiving it. During that time, I noticed that several customers who ordered after me received their drinks and food long before I did. When I finally approached the counter to cancel my order, I was only given part of it, while the second item had not even been prepared.
