The frappecino that I ordered today was horrible. It wasn't blended and had chunks of ice so big I couldn't drink it with the straw. For the price, they should do better.
I placed a mobile order at 9:39am. App said my drinks will be ready by 945. I get there and only of drinks were ready. The employees weren’t even saying the name just placing drinks down on the counter. Also the people who order inside after me. Got their drinks before me. They had me waiting till 9:55 for my drinks. They gave them to me separately instead of all at once.
