First off the parking at this location is terrible. Me and my family were traveling to TJ from Los Angeles and decided to stop for a coffee. Me and my 2 girls did go inside the shop to use the restroom. Remember that i was going to order 5 drinks and 5 pastries AFTER using the restroom. My 9 yr old went to ask an employee for the bathroom code and she was totally ignored. This used to be my favorite store in all of San Diego. My husband and I have been everyday customers for years, so it genuinely hurts to write this. While there are some amazing employees and baristas with great customer service, there are also specific employees who are consistently rude, condescending, and unprofessional. Ingrata, amente, sorprendida, muy buena atención, rapidez, buena ubicación y me encontré un menú alto en proteína y vegetariano bastante interesante. No sé si en México tenemos esta opción pero deberíamos porque a veces son limitadas las opciones que nos ofrece Starbucks para quienes preferimos consumir pocos productos con harina de trigo, la propina recomendada es aceptable, lo cual no es muy común en Estados Unidos así que ¡me encantó Lo que ofrece este Starbucks!
It’s interesting to see how the same business business can have different quality standards. The Frappuccino was watered down. Compared to other places. Overall it was ok but not the same as other locations. Clean area, convenient location. This spot can be a gem of it focuses more on the small details.
