For a non-drive-through Starbucks, this place nails it on the head. They’re able to absorb the morning rush time with the train across the street, as well as school rushes throughout the day. The staff is welcoming and friendly from the moment you open the door go the time they hand you your handcrafted beverage. Placed an order for a coffee, asked for extra milk and was accused of being a “difficult”customer in the past. Received absolutely no milk. I am a resident of MA! I do not come here. Very disappointed in my $7 coffee.

I love coming here every morning ! The staff is so nice and remembers my drink order. It’s busy but has a great atmosphere!
