Longtime Starbucks customer of 10+ years.. worst customer service experience of all time. I kindly & politely asked to use the bathroom while I waited for a to-go order, and the barista glared at me and asked “do you plan to make a purchase?” I said “yes, I already have.” Then she rudely and loudly stated the code, twice, as I continued to look at her, stunned by the whole interaction. Don’t bother walking in during evening hours. They locked their doors despite me arriving an hour before closing time. Seems like their hours of business needs updating. 🙄
Had the bacon egg bites‼️ The music was a bit loud(hard to hear what the baristas were saying) other than that nice🫶
This location didn't open its lobby until 7. Only option is to wait in a backed up line because their speaker box is broken and they are only taking orders once you get to the window. I recommend going somewhere else for faster service.
