So, I work customer service and can see and live through both the view of customer and barista- them giving me extra and extra foam on the side and I DIDNT ASK WAS REALLY NICE. And before I moved the cups they stacked and all in their own spot. And they matched the energy of the store and were great with service 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Try to used the Coupon for $3 drink and show the cashier about promotion, She not even look about what l show to her then said "l understnd it..." then when l try to paid she try to charge me $8++ for that drink, she said l dont have discount for thay deal while lve got that deal sending to my app. Just because l work in other place around there, it doesnt mean she treat me like "NO Customer" She need to learn better customer service
Is it really a thing of not being able to get 2 cups of ice unless you're a customer? 🤔 Not even to say, "you'll just have to pay for the cup"?.....Interesting.
