I placed an order through the app for an in-store pickup scheduled at 1:50 PM on July 8, 2025. I requested a grande in a Venti cup because I intended to ask for more ice. When I picked up my drink, I politely asked the young man working there, "Hi! Can I ask a favor? Could I have more ice, please?" He responded kindly, "Yeah, sure."
