Terrible place to order a coffee. Cashier doesn’t smile doesn’t greet you and doesn’t get your order right. Did not apologize when she was told that tge order was wrong. Don’t come to this store. There are better coffee stores. I am not surprised there are now fewer people coming to buy Starbucks
I ordered double smoked bacon, bagel and cafe mocha. The store plays loud music and the cashier can’t barely hear me. It ended she got my ordered wrong. There was no bagel. Did not apologize for the mistake. I was not charge for the bagel I ended up sharing the double smoked with my wife. The cashier never smiles. No good morning. I am not surprised Starbucks is losing its customers. Avoid this store
Great service like always, just that the staff I ran in to today were particularly friendly. In fact, the cheerfulness and readiness to serve were outstanding and made me want to write a review.
The place is absolutely discriminate against Asian community. Onetime I went there and it was a woman call “Jennifer”? I ordered at the cashier and say hi to her, she ignored me completely but I saw her reacted with other white customers. In addition, when I went there the 2nd time, it is a guy bigger than a normal size that took my order, also very arrogant. I can’t go there the 3rd time, the employees there are so rude. They only like white customers, if they do, don’t open the business at Santa Ana.
