My sisters and I got caramel ribbon crunches and they were so bad, not good at all honestly. I usually get pretty good ones in other starbucks, but this one was the worse I have gotten.
I accidentally placed my order at the wrong location and came to this store’s drive through. The staff here didn’t hesitate to help. They remade it for me right away free of charge and even offered to bring it out to my car. Thank you so much. You guys are amazing 🥰🥰

Glass bear mug omygosh Starbucks is really making fools of us I e Went my family went. To several different locations each one said they only had one or two bears and that’s all they had what kind of customer service is this we wait in line to get we are sold out what kind of customer appreciation is this Starbucks is ridding a thin line I hope something in exchange for bad business is thought of soon to cherish there customer base and not loose customers……
I love Starbucks so much my Kids have no problem getting me a Christmas gift lol. As years ago did for me. I will occasionally pay, anonymously, pay for the car behind me car when I can tell they are frazzled! The windows help always have no problem doing that for me and always thank me for doing it. So I get a "two-fer" as I get my beloved hot mocha with an extra shot and I get a feel good for the car behind me.
