I dont drink really drink Stabucks, but my wife and a few friends at church do, so I am there picking up drinks every Sunday. Service is always fast and friendly.
This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Starbucks. The store was dirty and poorly maintained, which immediately gave a bad impression. Even more concerning, employees were openly using profanity in front of customers. That level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I expect better standards from a brand like this, and I hope management takes this seriously.
The new iced lavender Ube coconut macchiato... OMGOODNESS this is so good!
My sisters and I got caramel ribbon crunches and they were so bad, not good at all honestly. I usually get pretty good ones in other starbucks, but this one was the worse I have gotten.
