3 times I've gotten my name wrong took over 10 minutes for the order and every time I order a chocolate cake pop I get a different cake pop I think Starbucks is off the table for me from now on
This is the third time my drink has been made incorrectly at this location, even though I provide very detailed written instructions in ENGLISH! Today my boyfriend picked it up and gave them the exact message, but they still made it differently. Language barriers should not be a reason to ignore a customer’s order. Very disappointed with the lack of consistency and care.
I've never been to such a large Starbucks with a nice lobby to have it closed at 7:30 p.m. I don't understand the point of having a physical occasion if people can't go inside.
