Always really clean.
There was a line at the drive thru so went to the order window, ordered a simple frappe. I then had to stand there for 12 minutes in 100° weather, while every single car got their drink before me, even those whom ordered after me. It was a simple frappe, not a special order, should have been 5 minutes. It's ridiculous to have a walk up window if you're not going to properly serve from it.
